These terms apply when you use rvtinc.ph and when you request quotations or buy products and services from Rongelvil Trading Inc.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of rvtinc.ph and to every quotation, order and service provided by Rongelvil Trading Inc. ("Rongelvil", "we", "us").
By using the website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, school or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
A signed quotation, sales contract, rental agreement or service agreement may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed document takes priority over these Terms for that transaction.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

You may use this website to learn about our products and services, download brochures and contact our team.
Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server or any connected system
Upload viruses or any code that could harm the website or other users
Copy, scrape or republish website content for commercial purposes without our written permission
Submit false information through our forms or impersonate another person or company
We may suspend access to the website, in whole or in part, for maintenance or if we believe these Terms are being misused. We try to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos and brochures accurate and up to date.
Product images are for illustration only; colors, finishes and included accessories may differ
Specifications such as print speed, capacity and yield are based on manufacturer data and may vary with actual use
Manufacturers may change models and specifications without notice
Optional accessories, such as finishers, paper trays and stands, may be shown but sold separately
Please confirm the exact model, configuration and accessories with our sales team before ordering. The details on your written quotation are the ones that apply to your purchase.

Prices are not published on the website. They are provided through a written quotation prepared for your requirements.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, usually 30 days, unless withdrawn earlier
Prices are in Philippine pesos and show whether VAT is included
An order is confirmed only once we accept your purchase order or signed quotation in writing
Stock availability may change until the order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or cancel that item
Orders for special or imported items may require a down payment and cannot be cancelled once placed with the supplier
Changes to a confirmed order must be agreed with us in writing and may affect price and delivery dates. If you cancel a confirmed order, you may be charged for costs we have already incurred.

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and any required down payment are stated on your quotation or invoice.
Accepted methods may include bank transfer, check, and other methods stated on the invoice
Checks are considered paid only once cleared
Credit terms for corporate and institutional accounts are subject to approval
Withholding tax certificates must be provided where applicable
Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received. Until then, the products remain our property. Late payments may result in suspension of service and delivery, and we may charge reasonable collection costs where the law allows.

We deliver within Metro Manila and to selected provinces. Delivery fees, if any, are stated on your quotation.
Delivery and installation schedules are agreed with you when the order is confirmed
Please make sure there is safe access to the site, a suitable space and the required power outlet for the equipment
Someone authorized to receive the items should be present to check and sign the delivery receipt
Report any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt or within 24 hours
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as typhoons, floods, road closures, supplier shortages or port delays, but we will keep you informed and deliver as soon as we reasonably can.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the items are delivered to the agreed address.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, for the period and under the conditions stated in the product documentation or on your quotation.
Damage from misuse, accidents, dropping, liquids, pests, or power surges
Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Rongelvil or an authorized service center
Use of non-genuine or refilled consumables, such as toner, ink, drums and masters
Normal wear parts and consumables, unless stated otherwise
Damage caused by operating the equipment outside the manufacturer's guidelines
Our technical team provides repairs, preventive maintenance and supply replenishment under the terms of your service or rental agreement. Response times, coverage and fees are set out in that agreement.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our technical team will inspect the item on site or at our office
Items confirmed as defective on arrival will be repaired or replaced
Items delivered incorrectly will be exchanged for the correct item
Returned items should include the original packaging, accessories and manuals where possible
Opened or used consumables, paper supplies, items made or ordered to your specifications, and items damaged after delivery may not be returnable. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

The content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, photos of our team and office, and the Rongelvil name and logo, belongs to Rongelvil Trading Inc. or is used with permission.
Brand names, logos, product names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we supply. Their use on this website does not mean the manufacturer endorses these Terms.
You may view, download and print pages and brochures for your own reference or internal use. Any other use, including copying, editing or republishing, requires our written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, Rongelvil Trading Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products and services, including:
Loss of data, documents or files stored on or printed by equipment
Loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity
Business interruption or downtime
Losses caused by third-party software, networks or services
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
You are responsible for backing up your data and for securely wiping any stored data before equipment is returned, traded in or serviced.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly and in good faith. If it cannot be resolved this way, the dispute will be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Las Piñas City.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed before the update.
